1. Who we are

MacLeaseHub GH is an independent retailer of brand-new and pre-owned (UK used) mobile phones based at American Mall, Circle, Accra (opposite Odo Rice). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Apple Inc. “iPhone” is a trademark of Apple Inc., used here only to describe the products we sell.

2. Payment plans

Customers may pay in full, or start with a deposit (40% or 60%) and pay the balance plus agreed interest over a fixed term of 12 weeks or 3 months. The total payable is shown before you commit. Ownership and any handover conditions are confirmed at the point of sale.

3. Eligibility & documents

A valid Ghana Card is required for all orders. For the 3-month plan we also require proof of income (Staff ID, Business Certificate, Payslip or Employment Letter). We may decline or adjust an application at our discretion.

4. Deposits, payments & late payment

Deposits secure your order. Instalments are due on the agreed schedule. If a payment is missed, we’ll contact you to arrange a solution. Specific late-payment terms are agreed in writing at purchase.

5. Delivery & pickup

We offer free delivery within Accra and in-store pickup at Circle. Timings are estimates and may vary with traffic and stock.

6. Warranty & returns

Warranty and return terms depend on whether the device is brand new or UK used and are confirmed at purchase. Please ask us about the specific cover for your device.
